All the hard work is done on Jenny and Mac's newest release. This time out they do their favorites from years gone by. Several beautiful duets, a few songs you've never heard, and a few that will become favorites all over again. We are very proud of this project which was recorded over the past year and a half. As if Sammy didn't have enough going on finishing up the mixing on the latest LRB project, he found time along with good friend and fellow LRB bandmate Mike Hartgrove to record four new cuts for the latest Huber Banjo Series recording. No Speed Limit bassist, Jacob Eller joined in to hold down the bottom.

Old-time music greats, Mac & Jenny Traynham have finished up the tracking on their newest project. to be titled "Ragged but Right". Mac and I are going over the final mixes next week and we're looking to have it out by the first week of May. Stay tuned!!

The new Lonesome River Band record is finished and Sammy Shelor is offering it up to a couple of select labels. The project is a full 14 song selection that is going to be as good as, if not the best LRB record ever. They pulled the bus into the studio parking lot and tracked for 12 of the next 14 days. The song selection is fantastic, not a filler tune on the whole thing. All the old faithfull LRB fans are going to be thrilled and they are sure to pick up a gaggle of new ones.

We're happy to welcome Michelle Nixon and Drive to the studio. Our good friend Patrick Robertson called a while back and asked how booked we were, I said "it don't matter, we'll get you in when you guys can work out the time". One full day of recording so far has produced some great results. We'll keep you posted when the project is finished.
